The Caribbean Network Mentorship Program
The foundation of this program aims to equip youth with the necessary skills to comprehend social capital and create access to professional connections within the Caribbean community. The primary objective aims to provide exposure to diverse career paths and exploration while gaining attainable skills that are valuable in the current workforce. The program will be completed over the span of a 5 week period in the Fall, with a focus on networking, communication, and innovation. Each session will be 1 hour and mentors will have the opportunity to decide with mentees how to schedule their sessions.
Mentor Qualifications
Be established in your respective professional field for at least a year
Interested in one of the following professional fields: Law, Health and Medical, Education, Public Policy and Government, Business and Trades
Willing to commit an hour a week to each session
Committed to values of respect, inclusivity and confidentiality
Mentee Qualifications
Youth between the ages of 18-25 years old who identify as Caribbean youth
Interested in one of the following professional fields: Law, Health and Medical, Education, Public Policy and Government, Business and Trades

The Ambassador Program
The ambassador program is offered to those whose are willing to get involved within The Caribbean Network's social media platform. This program encourages you to share and network within the broad areas of work of our community. It is expected of you when signing up for this program that you are to promote The Caribbean Network's initiatives through the use of social media, email(s), word of mouth, or any other form of communication to the best of your ability, in order to help provide a larger string of networking connections.
